  • We offer four unique packages: Gallon-to-Go, Ready-to-Drink, Build-Your-Own, and Live-Bobarista. Each is designed to suit different event sizes and needs.

  • For Ready-to-Drink and Gallon-to-Go packages, we require a 7-day notice. For Build-Your-Own and Live-Bobarista packages, please book at least 14 days in advance.

  • We provide various base teas, flavors, and toppings for all packages ranging from milky and nutty to fruity and sweet, along with exclusive drinks available only with our Live-Bobarista package.

  • Absolutely! Our Build-Your-Own options let you choose a base, up to three flavors, and a topping. We also offer exclusive drinks available with the Live-Bobarista package.

  • Yes, we offer delivery within the Chicagoland area for a $20 fee. You can also opt for free pickup at our storefront for certain packages.

  • We provide 16 oz plastic cups, capsule cups, and heart cups, with a small additional cost for capsule and heart cups.

  • Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 3 days before your event, and invoices will be emailed via Square.

  • Our Boba Wall is an add-on for the Live-Bobarista package, featuring a sleek, space-efficient design that holds up to 50 cups. It’s perfect for quick, grab-and-go access for your guests!

  • The Live-Bobarista package includes two hours of complimentary service. Additional service time is available at $20 per hour per bobarista.
